ATHLETE
PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Goal-oriented, youth & young adult only group sessions focused on creating a fun environment for young people to develop athletically with an unmatched level of coaching and energy. Sessions include 30-45 minutes of speed development and 45 minutes of individualized strength training and mobility work.
FOCUSED SESSIONS
The gym is only open to youth athletes during training, and we limit training sessions to 20. Allowing coaches to focus on building energy and individualized attention.
GROWTH ORIENTED
Athletes start with a free athlete evaluation that includes 10 yard, pro agility, vertical and broad jump to create a baseline of performance. Then we retest every three months to measure improvement.
CREATE ATHLETICISM
Each session is a two-part session split between strength and speed. Athletes can expect a coach to guide them from start to finish and who focuses on teaching them how to move correctly.
